Armadura (アルマドゥーラ Arumadūra) is a Boss robot that appears in the Razing Storm and is the final Boss in Story Mode. It appears in Stage 4 of the Story Mode at the underground open base of Girasol Factory, where Paulo Guerra uses it into battle against the S.C.A.R. operatives.
Overview[]
Armadura is a robot, with a cockpit up front that can accommodate one person. Its legs are bent for a sprint. It has two strong arms and Paulo Guerra will use it to attack players as they approach. It has two launch ports on its back and can handle quite a few missiles. It has two laser machine guns in front of it, which can be used against players. It has a jetting mechanism on its back that allows it to blast off. When the jetting mechanism is destroyed, Paulo Guerra can activate the backup mechanism at the bottom to continue the jetting. The cockpit is protected by a hard shell and an energy shield.
Weakpoint[]
The jet behind Armadura is so weak that it can sometimes be temporarily disabled by an attack. When the ejector is destroyed, its second weakness is behind the right foot, unlike the first, which can be destroyed by one Level 3 Shell of Balero Cannon. Behind it is a switch that turns on the cockpit, revealing Paulo Guerra.
Trivia[]
- This is the only Boss robot in Razing Storm that is controlled by a human.
- Even as an indirect spin-off, this is the second Boss robot that is controlled by a human. The first is controlled by Head from Time Crisis Elite. It is followed by one controlled by Robert Baxter in Time Crisis 5.
