Deimos and Phobos are codenames for a pair of robot soldiers, assembled using titanium alloy mined from the Caribbean nation of Caruba. They were created as a part of Wild Dog's mechanized army, dubbed "Project Titan".
After V.S.S.E. agent Richard Miller had uncovered Wild Dog's mining operations on Caruba following his unexpected rescue of Caruban President Xavier Serrano, Richard infiltrated Wild Dog's excavation site located within an old island temple. Upon meeting his arch nemesis, Wild Dog summoned both Deimos and Phobos to kill him. Despite their fast agility and advance weaponry, Richard managed to dispatch both robots and continued to pursue Wild Dog.
During his escape via helicopter, Wild Dog activated the rest of his Titan army to kill Richard. A few well-aimed handgun shots from Richard disabled the helicopter, causing it to crash into the Titans before they managed to reach the surface, destroying them and putting an end to Project Titan.
