Garfield has gray hair, gray sideburns, gray full beard and brown eyes.
Garfield wears glasses, a service uniform which is a gray green single-breasted notched lapel coat, and matching pants. On the coat, there are four gold buttons on the front (cannot be seen), shoulder boards with two gold stripes on each side secured by gold buttons, a gold lapel pin on each upper lapel, service ribbons and a gold emblem on the upper left side, an emblem on the upper left sleeve, and a dark green stripe on each cuff. There is a white collared shirt and black tie underneath the coat. He also wears black shoes.
