Lukano Liberation Army

The Lukano Liberation Army (ルカノ解 (かい) 放 (ほう) 軍 (ぐん) , Rukano-Kaihougun) is a military organization located in Lukano, Astigos Island. This organization was led by Alicia Winston's elder brother Daniel and his second-in-command, Jake Hernandez. It is a supporting faction in Time Crisis 3.

Some of the members led by Daniel Winston and Jake Hernandez found the tactical missiles but were captured by the Zagorias Federation Army. Jake, only wanting money, betrayed the Lukano Liberation Army during his capture by revealing information about it. It is not known if Alicia replaces him.

In Stage 12 of the "Rescue Mission", Alicia has to free 8 of the soldiers imprisoned inside the military facility.

Weapons

The Lukano Liberation Army soldiers are armed with weapons most likely commandeered from killed Zagorias Federation Army soldiers such as the M1911/Beretta M92 hybrid handguns, FN P90s and a Carl Gustav M2 rocket launcher which the last weapon is used to destroy a main battle tank.
