Mona Darta is the setting of Stage 1 of Razing Storm Story Mode.

Mona Darta comprises of slums (favela (ファベーラ fabēra) in the Japanese version) with a market place and a building under construction, the President being located at the latter location.
Story[]
After Paulo Guerra wasted no time taking over the capital after being freed at Almada Penitentiary by the Civilian Militia and Renegade Soldiers, the S.C.A.R. Delta and Assault teams are deployed to ensure the President's safety. Unfortunately, they are ambushed by a helicopter 2 kilometers out which destroyed their three-vehicle convoy and killed some operatives. After Casey destroyed the helicopter with a vehicle mounted cannon, he and the surviving operatives from Assault teams 2, 3 and 4 proceeded on foot.
After defeating the enemy forces including Civilian Militia, Renegade Soldiers, Piston Pods, H.A.C.S. and Raptors (ambushed the S.C.A.R. operatives after the president is located); the President is secured but by then his iris is copied by Paulo Guerra (along with obtaining the password from him) to gain access to nuclear bombs supplied to his country by the United States. The S.C.A.R. Assault and Delta teams leave Mona Darta for Almada Penitentiary upon learning that Paulo Guerra transmitted his message about using nuclear bombs if American forces are not at least 100 km out of his country from that location.
